Frank Khalid has received a formal letter of appreciation from Professor Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhary, Pakistan's Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives and Chair of the Civil Awards Committee, following his recent conferment of the Sitara-i-Imtiaz, one of Pakistan's highest civilian honours.
